Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We know you’re excited to receive your fairechild garments. Orders are processed within two business days, and once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation by email.
All orders ship from our studio in Nova Scotia.
U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders are shipped duties paid (DDP). The price you see at checkout is the final price — there should be no additional duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. If anything unexpected comes up, please reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to feel good in your fairechild garments. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, for both domestic and international orders.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- In original condition
- With tags attached
HOW RETURNS WORK
We process all returns through Redo.
- If you selected Free Returns (Redo) at checkout → your return is free
- If not → return fees apply as outlined below
CANADA & U.S. RETURNS
- Returns: $20 USD per item
- Exchanges: $16 USD per item
These fees are deducted from your refund or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE CANADA & U.S.)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping
- Please mark packages as “Returned Goods”
- Any duties incurred on return will be deducted from your refund
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE
Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible and a return must be initiated.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We stand behind the quality of our garments.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Keep tags attached
- Contact us with your order number
- Include a photo of the issue
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
