Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. We accept return requests from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all original tags attached, and free from damage, marks, odours and signs of wear.

FINAL SALE

Items discounted by 20% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-refundable. Product-specific made-to-order or final-sale terms also apply. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a clear photo so our team can review the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING

If Free Returns by Redo was added at checkout, your return shipping is covered. If it was not added, standard return fees apply. For Canadian returns, the published fees are $20 per item for returns and $16 per item for exchanges, deducted from your refund or store credit. The return portal shows the applicable fees.

Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping unless Free Returns by Redo was added at checkout. Use tracked shipping, mark the package “Returned Goods”, and keep your tracking information until your return is complete. Any duties or fees incurred when the package is returned to us will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
