Name of Book: MOG The Forgetful Cat

Year Published: 1972

Words and Pictures by: Judith Kerr

What is the main topic of the book?:

This book by the prolific Judith Kerr is one of our favorites. Mog is pretty much the most loveable cat ever written about and this coming from a dog-lover. This book is lighthearted and funny as it follows Mog around on her many misadventures. Mog can simply never remember how to get back into the house and that she is supposed to drink milk for breakfast. Mog blocks the TV, steps on garden flowers and gets into face-offs with dogs on the street. Eventually Mog redeems herself with one heroic act.
